1. DISPATCH & PROCESSING
- Standard Dispatch: All orders are meticulously inspected and dispatched within 2 business days.
- Operating Hours: Our warehouse operates from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Sunday Orders: Orders placed on Sundays or holidays are prioritized for dispatch on the following working day.
2. DELIVERY TIMELINES
We offer pan-India shipping with the following estimated timelines:
- Metro & Tier 1 Cities: Delivery within 3–5 business days.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Delivery within 4–7 business days.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES
- Domestic (India): We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders above ₹2,999. For orders below this value, a nominal shipping fee of Rs.100 is charged at the checkout.
- Express Delivery: For urgent needs, next-day or same-day delivery is available in select metro regions for an additional premium fee of Rs. 300.
